Breeders’ Cup Day and a near miss from Hypnus at 8/1.  It is always advisable to play to place as well as you will get a lot of very nice prices.

And you will often see the two selected horses both hitting the board, at times with stunning results.  Here the #3 won as the favorite, and the #7 ran 2nd at 28-to-1!  A $104 Exacta Payoff!!

 

Tampa Bay.  Sing Scat was the play based on the rule that if two horses appear in the bottom boxes, and one is at least twice the morning line odds as the other, that one is the play.  A very nice win payoff of $15.40.
