So what Len has done here is create a Software Program that does an excellent job of sorting out some of the most difficult to handicap races on any given racecard.
Description

From Len CZ!! BETTING BABIES!!!
Some of the toughest to handicap races on any card involve 2 year olds and lightly raced 3 year olds.
Another Big Challenge is trying to assess when a 3-Year-Old is capable of competing with older horses.
But not to fear.
Our Programmer, Len Cz, has been hard at work on a methodology to simplify these difficult races and 👉👉provide the user with a 35%+ win rate including some very, very nice prices.

‘I actually got the idea a few years ago when out walking the dogs,’ Len tells us. ‘I kept thinking that because there is only limited information on most of these runners, there must be a way to find commonalities among the horses that run big in their next starts.
‘So I initiated a fairly complex database study which incorporated dozens of factors and, while it took awhile (close to five weeks) I landed on a formula that proved very, very successful.
Here are the criteria:
👉Works on all 2-year-old and 3-year-old races.
👉Also often picks 3-year-olds who are entered in 3-year-old and older races. Algorithm identifies younger sophomores who will perform well with older horses — a HUGE Innovation & Average Mutuels exceeding $11!
👉Works on both Maidens and non-Maidens.
👉Picks must have had at least one race to qualify for play
Does not work with first time starters.
👉On Best Bets (explained in manual) the win rate is close to 36%
👉Average win mutuel on Best Bets is $8.77!

Another Innovative AI Production from Len CZ!

Want to see something remarkable!!:
In general handicappers tend to shy away from 3 year olds competing against older horses (4 year olds and up) as they lack the experience of their elders.
However, Len, in his wisdom and his AI Solution Database (AISD), discovered indicators that signaled when a 3-year-old is up to snuff vs. older competitors.
Below is the final race on the second Breeders’ Cup day at Del Mar and, as you will note, the program selected two 3 year olds.

Gezora won at $20.20.
And, amazingly, just a 1-1/2 lengths behind was the top pick Cathedral, at 90-to-1!!!!
That alone tells you that Betting Babies is able to deeply calculate hidden factors that virtually no other algorithm can match.
Looking at the overall ratings from the notable handicapping data warehouses, like Bris, Equibase, etc., without exception Cathedral was at the very bottom!

Columns
R = Races looked at by the program
LAST = Days since last race
M/L = morning line
TOT = total of points garnered from the columns to the right
The Columns to the right award points for various actions. These include:
Finished 2nd in last with subsequent workout
Won last with no increase in weight today
3rd last start with the best speed rating to date
jockeys are awarded points between 7 at the top and 1 at the bottom for in the money %s ranging from 15% to 50%+
non favorite in the money last race
within 3 lengths of winner in last and getting blinkers today
lost last two as favorite
lost by less than two and is back within 14 days
claimed three races back
trainer has 40%+ in the money rate with 2 and 3 year olds
Exacta/Trifecta Strategies
A simple boxing strategy using the TOT Column can lead to some very nice payoffs. See example below. Basically, in fields of 8 horses or more, look at the top 5 scorers in the TOT column. If at least one of those horses is at a morning line of 8/1 or higher and at least one other is at 5/1 or higher, consider boxing the top 4 scorers in the Exacta and/or the too 5 scorers in the Trifecta. This strategy seems to work especially well in high level Claiming and Allowance races.
