Backstory

As most of you know, PRN began publication in the mid 1970s and was known as ‘the Consumer’s Report’ of Horse Racing Systems, as they evaluated new methodologies coming onto the market by testing them extensively and then rated them on a scale of 1 thru 10.

Any rating of 7 or higher meant that the product tested well and ratings could go up to a 9, which RPM products received twice.  We do not believe a 10 was ever awarded.

(An aside:  In 2005 PRN published a Walt Owen System (we owned all the rights to Walt’s works) without our permission.  When we informed them of our ownership they apologized and said that in return, we could perhaps promote one of their publications to our client list some day.  So, 20 years later, we decided to take them up on the offer and promote their Phillips Gold Book, which contains the best-of -the best systems from a profit standpoint published by their company over a 45-year span.)
